Test de comportement au sein d'un groupe de travail.

According to your score, Bertrand, you tend to adopt the role of Verifier in a group. This means that looking for mistakes and conducting the final review of the group's project is something you do naturally.

Verifiers are the detail-oriented individuals in a team. They act as quality controllers and are likely the last members in the group to agree that a job is complete. Typically, Verifiers need to ensure that a project has been properly finished and that all elements of the task have been taken into consideration before they can celebrate. In search of perfection, Verifiers are constantly on the lookout for errors and omissions. Because of their knack for detail, Verifiers are apt at detecting minor mistakes that may otherwise go unnoticed. They are uncomfortable with rushed deadlines and quick handoffs; Verifiers prefer to spend some time at the end of the task to review it fully. Verifiers are interested in maintaining the standards and procedures used within their team as a form of quality assurance.

Verifiers are the final checkpoint before project completion. These dedicated individuals will go through the final product with a fine-toothed comb before turning it over to a higher-up. Verifiers often do catch important omissions or gaffes and can be face-savers in these situations. Verifiers also keep a close eye on the approaching deadline. These individuals do not want to be caught with insufficient time for a proper final review and as a result are great timekeepers for the rest of the group. They make for excellent product testers, are first-rate controllers, and thrive in environments that require quality assurance.

When Verifiers take their role to the extreme, they can become too nitpicky and waste valuable time reviewing things that may have been looked over already by other members of the group. Verifiers can also hamper the progress of a project with their insistence on following certain standards and procedures. Pressures to make decisions without allowing time for reflection and verification are often experienced as stressful. Finally, a Verifier does not feel comfortable when several tasks are being done at a time; they prefer to see one task completed before the next one is begun. Their perfectionistic tendencies may be aggravating for other team members. Verifiers dislike multitasking and may experience problems with conflicting priorities.
